CES 2010 Quick Fact: Samsung OWNs LED HDTV Segment

According to the Samsung press conference at the 2010 CES the following was said:

2:05pm PT: In just 8 months, 2.6 million Samsung LED TVs were sold, grabbing an 80% market share in the U.S.

2:05pm PT: The company’s goal is 10 million globally.

This means that Vizio, LG, Sharp, and Sony are going to have a lot of work to do to catch up.
